Alex’s sessions are fantastic, his focus on posture and muscle isolation really help with exercise both in and out of the gym. The variety of exercises and explanation make the classes both enjoyable and accessible while still challenging. Alex is consistently positive and enthusiastic which makes the sessions fly by and makes setting alarm so much easier, especially in the winter months!

Train.Well has been my saviour during lockdown! It’s given me the confidence to exercise well and helped me realise I actually enjoy it!
