Hi, I'm Alex Pattison.

I am on a mission to empower as many people as possible to build a positive, lasting relationship with health and exercise that works for your individual needs and considering the whole person - mind, body and spirit. Whatever your goal or motivation is, by working together we can make exercise a more rewarding and enjoyable experience for you. The fitness industry often plays on peoples insecurities promoting diet culture and negative body image to ensure they keep coming back and put more money into it. I feel successful making other people feel successful. I will support you to feel sustainably happy and healthy. I aim to build positive relationships with clients that enable them to carry on without me.
